Instructions
In a small bowl, fold together the parsley, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, then give it all a thorough stir. The oil should coat everything evenly without pooling at the bottom.
Now comes the important part: taste and balance the flavors. Add more lemon juice if it needs brightness, more salt if the flavors seem flat, or extra olive oil if you want it looser for drizzling. A pinch of chili flakes adds gentle heat without overwhelming the fresh herbs.
